What happens if our credit balance runs out?
Frekyl alerts account administrators when your balance reaches 50% and 85% of usage. You can enable auto-top-up or work with your account manager to top-up your balance well in advance.
How many managers can be notified per absence?
You can notify as many managers, shift supervisors, or HR representatives as needed. Each extra recipient consumes 1 additional credit per absence report.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused credits do not roll over but our team will work with you on renewal to optimize your package to your previous terms usage.
